What counts as an AI credit?+
A credit is roughly one AI cell evaluation on a medium-tier model. Image generation, long context, and frontier models cost more. The exact cost is shown before you run a batch.
Do you charge per action?+
Action Columns are billed by execution count toward your workspace monthly quota. Failed retries do not count. Dry-runs are always free.
Can I bring my own model keys?+
Yes, on the Business tier. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex/Gemini, and xAI keys are supported. Your usage does not count against credits when you bring your own keys.
What about integrations?+
Sheetlane handles OAuth and tool execution for 500+ third-party apps out of the box. The free tier includes a small per-month allowance. Team and above unlock unlimited integrations within fair-use.
Can I self-host Sheetlane?+
Self-hosting is available on the Enterprise tier and is well-suited to teams that already run their own Postgres and Redis.
